We have designed our pyramids tea bags with a great deal of thought and consideration, to offer tea drinkers a more convenient option. We hand-blend each of our teas before they are packed into the pyramid bags, here in Australia, to ensure there is no compromise on flavour or therapeutic benefit. Matcha undergoes a unique shade growing process, which stimulates the production of nutrients in the tea leaves, and once the leaves are harvested and dried, they are then crushed into a powder. This shincha variety of sencha tea is sourced from a number of small-scale farmers in northern Victoria, Australia. Shincha, or new tea, is made using new leaves from the first harvest each spring. We are often asked, how many cups of metabolism tea we recommend per day. Our recommendation is 2.5 grams (1 level teaspoon) per cup, and 1 to 3 cups of tea per day. For our Sleep tea, we recommend 1-2 cups, 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep, and for our Fertility tea, we recommend 2-3 cups per day. Each blend has more specific dosages and brewing directions listed on the packaging and in the description through our online store ?
