The talented team @teatini__ have collaborated with us and the good folk @thekindtribe to hand craft this delicious tea-infused cocktail. We love that this recipe uses sustainable and fair trade ingredients!   Read on to get your Saturday night drinks sorted . Ingredients: - 15ml Love Tea White Rose and Goji tea. - 30ml White Rose and Goji tea infused with @fairpirits quinoa vodka. - 15ml @fairspirits goji liqueur. - 10ml fresh lime juice. - Sparkling white wine or champagne to top. . Brew: - 4 tsp tea / 125mL water; brew for 3-4 mins in 65-75 degree filtered water and strain. - 0.5tsp tea / 35mL vodka; brew for 45 mins and strain (noting that you will lose about 5mL of vodka through tea leaf absorption). . Method: - Shake ingredients with ice, fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, and top with sparkling white wine or champagne.
