Shipping
Orders over $50.00 are eligible to receive free shipping within Australia, but will be sent with Fastway Couriers. If you require your parcel to be delivered to a P.O box, please be sure to select the Australia Post option in the shipping section below. Orders under $50 will be a charged a shipping fee of $9.00 + GST. For international shipping, please add items to your cart and enter your address to get a shipping cost.
We are open normal business hours Monday – Friday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Delivery
The majority of our parcels are sent via courier, Fastway. In the event that the courier does not deliver to your postcode, if your address is a PO Box, or you are located in the Northern Territory, your package will be sent via Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post orders are processed more slowly than courier and are automatically assigned as authority to leave at your address.
If you are not home during business hours, a good alternative to ensure you receive your parcel promptly is to arrange it to be sent to your work address. If you write in the notes section “Authority to Leave”, your parcel can be left in safe place and you will not need to arrange collection if you are not at home to accept the delivery. Please note that this option is not covered by insurance. If you do not specify, your parcel will require a signature on delivery, and if you are not at home to accept delivery, a collection notice will be left. Please contact us if you do not receive this.

Other areas: 3-10 business days.
Refunds
Love Tea handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. Love Tea is not liable for the loss of an item being returned, therefore we recommend that you return it using registered mail. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus original shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Love Tea.
