Matcha undergoes a unique shade growing process, which stimulates the production of nutrients in the tea leaves, and once the leaves are harvested and dried, they are then crushed into a powder. This shincha variety of sencha tea is sourced from a number of small-scale farmers in northern Victoria, Australia. Shincha, or new tea, is made using new leaves from the first harvest each spring. This shincha tea truly represents the beauty of a traditional Australian tea experience and offers a delicate and refined taste that is slightly buttery and exceptionally smooth.

We are often asked, how many cups of metabolism tea we recommend per day. Our recommendation is 2.5 grams (1 level teaspoon) per cup, and 1 to 3 cups of tea per day. For our Sleep tea, we recommend 1-2 cups, 30 minutes to 1 hour before sleep, and for our Fertility tea, we recommend 2-3 cups per day. Each blend has more specific dosages and brewing directions listed on the packaging and in the description through our online store ?
