? We believe in using whole herbs, which are as close to their original state as possible. These herbs offer many health benefits due to their multitude of diverse yet specific compounds, which help achieve certain health outcomes in the body. We use the exact same blends in our loose leaf tea as we do in our pyramid tea bags so that you get the most therapeutic benefit regardless of how you choose to brew your tea ? @thesaa.rahproject

Even though the range has grown from just a few blends to over 50, we still take the time to hand blend and test each batch to ensure optimum therapeutic benefit and flavour

Our Australian Sencha tea is grown and harvested in Wangaratta, Northern Victoria, and is the first teas harvested for the season after the plant has been dormant over the winter. The plant continues to absorb nutrients into the roots and leaves enhancing the abundance of nutrients and flavours, which are essential to the growth of both spring shoots and new leaves. This Shincha, or “new tea” has a low catechin and caffeine content, making it less bitter and astringent than many other green teas, and it also tends to have a higher content of amino acids, which give it full-bodied flavour and sweetness

This shincha variety of sencha tea is sourced from a number of small-scale farmers in northern Victoria, Australia. Shincha, or new tea, is made using new leaves from the first harvest of tea each spring. Shincha truly represents the beauty of a traditional tea experience. It offers a delicate and refined taste that is slightly buttery and exceptionally smooth. This blend is now available in the convenient option of biodegradable pyramid tea bags.

Directly sourced from the Hunan province in China, Jasmine Pearls, sometimes referred to as Buddha’s tears, are individually hand rolled to form their unique shape. When infused with water, each pearl slowly unfurls, releasing its distinct flavour. With soft floral tones of jasmine, and a clean, balanced green tea body, this is a remarkable tea that can be steeped multiple times, revealing subtle and unique flavours

???? There are many ways to brew our Golden Spice blend, but this is our favourite. – We recommend adding half a teaspoon of the Golden Spice blend per serve into a small pot on the stove, or a brewing jug, and covering with boiling water for 10 seconds. Add a little honey or vegan sweetener. – If you are brewing with a steamer or milk frother, add the milk (coconut is best) to the jug, and froth/steam with the tea in the jug. – If you are brewing on the stove top, add the milk, and heat to the desired temperature. – Do not strain, as the blend is designed to be consumed whole. – Enjoy!
