The festival is held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, 2 Clarendon Street South Wharf, and we’ll be set up from 9am-4pm. The talented team @teatini__ have collaborated with us and the good folk @thekindtribe to hand craft this delicious tea-infused cocktail. We love that this recipe uses sustainable and fair trade ingredients! Read on to get your Saturday night drinks sorted . Ingredients: – 15ml Love Tea White Rose and Goji tea. – 30ml White Rose and Goji tea infused with @fairpirits quinoa vodka. – 15ml @fairspirits goji liqueur. – 10ml fresh lime juice. – Sparkling white wine or champagne to top. . Brew: – 4 tsp tea / 125mL water; brew for 3-4 mins in 65-75 degree filtered water and strain. – 0.5tsp tea / 35mL vodka; brew for 45 mins and strain (noting that you will lose about 5mL of vodka through tea leaf absorption). . Method: – Shake ingredients with ice, fine strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass, and top with sparkling white wine or champagne.
