Afternoon pick me up? Here’s how to brew a great chai without a steamer (for a single serve) STEP 1 Add 2 heaped teaspoons of chai to 1/2 a cup of water in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. STEP 2 Turn down heat and simmer for up to 5 minutes (depending on how strong you like it). STEP 3 Add 1/2 a cup of milk and heat to desired temperature. STEP 4 Strain and sweeten to taste. TIP ? Try using soy milk, fresh ginger and honey for extra flavour.
