Shincha, or new tea, is made using new leaves from the first harvest of tea each spring. Shincha truly represents the beauty of a traditional tea experience. Directly sourced from the Hunan province in China, Jasmine Pearls, sometimes referred to as Buddha’s tears, are individually hand rolled to form their unique shape. When infused with water, each pearl slowly unfurls, releasing its distinct flavour. With soft floral tones of jasmine, and a clean, balanced green tea body, this is a remarkable tea that can be steeped multiple times, revealing subtle and unique flavours

There are many ways to brew our Golden Spice blend, but this is our favourite. – We recommend adding half a teaspoon of the Golden Spice blend per serve into a small pot on the stove, or a brewing jug, and covering with boiling water for 10 seconds. Add a little honey or vegan sweetener. – If you are brewing with a steamer or milk frother, add the milk (coconut is best) to the jug, and froth/steam with the tea in the jug. – If you are brewing on the stove top, add the milk, and heat to the desired temperature. – Do not strain, as the blend is designed to be consumed whole. – Enjoy!
